Doctor Fraser received his undergraduate and dental degrees with honors from Ohio State University in 1979 and 1983. Following dental school as a General Practice Resident at O.S.U., he entered into four years of intensive resident education in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Ohio State University. After receiving his masters degree, he participated in a three month fellowship in England. He entered private practice in 1988 and is also a clinical instructor at The Ohio State University Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
