The offices of Drs. Fraser and Michaels are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 am until 5 pm, and Wednesdays from 8am until noon. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
Please be on time for your appointment. We try very hard to see our patients on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule you to make it fair for all our patients.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting; however, there are instances when even the best of planning cannot control your waiting room time. Due to the fact that Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Occasionally we experience emergency scheduling of patients involved in accidents and other acute emergencies.
In case of a long wait or unanticipated emergency, we will be happy to reschedule you at a more convenient time for you. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
