Dr. Patel obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. He graduated among the top of his class and was selected by faculty to be part of the merit-based OKU National Honor Society. Dr. Patel then entered the advanced specialty program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Patel then entered the advanced specialty program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. During his tenure, he was appointed Chief Resident in the last year of his training. Dr. Patel has been trained in the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with extensive training in intravenous deep sedation and general anesthesia.

Dr. Patel has incorporated the Galileos 3D Cone Beam Imaging unit in the Gahanna office. Galileos Technology extends diagnostic imaging potential beyond normal dental X rays for better patient care. The visualization tools available in the software package assist Dr. Patel with a better, more certain diagnosis. These tools allow our office to coordinate your treatment plan with your dentist and explain proposed treatments visually to you with greater clarity. The ability to produce a 3D image of your teeth and jaws on the computer screen will virtually allow you to review your procedure before it is performed. The Galileos imaging system cutting edge technology assists Dr. Patel in virtually creating customized guides to accurately place dental implants to replace your missing teeth.

Dr Chintan Patel and his medical assistant were excellent in my tooth extraction yesterday. Both took the time to explain this procedure, and both made sure that there was very little pain. The whole process took about a half hour, and I was able to walk out and drive a car with no problem.
The office staff is very friendly and helpful especially if there were questions afterwards. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and the NORTHEAST office to anyone who needs any type of surgery.

Dr Chintan Patel and His assistant, Lisa, were excellent in the extraction of a broken tooth. They both took the time to explain the procedure, and both were able to make this process with basically no pain. They both were very attentive, professional and caring in removing this tooth. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My fear was off the charts. I had no time to prepare because they called me with a cancellation. The staff was so kind (they even wiped my tears) The doctor assured me with his confidence and kindness. He explained just enough as he worked. He was available if I needed him after the surgery. He called to see how I was doing that evening. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was truly blessed that day.

When my dentist told me I needed to have a tooth removed I was a bit nervous. I needn't have been. I'm so grateful I was referred to Dr. Fraser! The entire process was amazing, and the Northeast practice is wonderful - very welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr. Fraser was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. The tooth that had been causing me a lot of pain before was taken out painlessly and the area has healed perfectly. I appreciated the follow up call to see how I was doing!
