Oral Surgery Patient Information
Northeast Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Inc., Background Information
Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires four additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Fraser manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Fraser practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial infections, and facial fractures.
Dr. Fraser is fully trained in administering procedural intravenous (IV) sedation and outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Our patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery using the same type of monitors present in the operating room at the medical center. Our facility has been completely inspected and approved by The Ohio State Dental Board for the administration of outpatient anesthesia. Dr. Fraser is confident that your surgery will be done in a comfortable and safe manner.
